As an Account Executive for the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA, I sell full menu ticket packages. These packages include mini plans, full season plans, group tickets, and premium inventory for fans, athletic programs, businesses, and more. Sales Revenue Numbers

Finished 2023 fiscal year at 164% to my sales revenue goal of $105,000.

Events and Special Projects

Entrusted with organizing the 2025 Season Ticket Open House event, which resulted in $265,000 in revenue and 170 new season tickets in one night.

Oversaw Connecticut Sun Camp Day 2023 and 2024, which increased by 82% in attendees and nearly 100% in total revenue from 2022 to 2023, and was sold out for the first time in 2024.

Served as a lead on the Connecticut Sun Job Fair, which resulted in 500+ job seekers and 20+ companies attending, leading to development of relationships with companies and positive community impact.
Responsibilities and Skills

Learned the sales process after having no prior sales experience, as well as essential CRM and ticketing softwares in Salesforce and Archtics.

Took initiative on a project to improve overall Salesforce functionality due to proven critical thinking skills and present my findings to superiors.

Conducted in-game seat visits, and left seat notes, which led to a direct increase in Ticketmaster buyer sales.

Developed relationships and a book of business with local businesses, teams, and buyers, after having no prior experience working with residents and businesses in Connecticut.
